Tokyo Hari 4 : Asakusa + Odaiba

Terlebih dahulu haruslah saya meminta maaf kerana tidak begitu istiqomah dalam menghapdet blog berkenaan lawatan ke Tokyo (er ada orang baca ke?) bukan apa..aku malas nak menunggu gambar load ni ha..lambat bebenor. ..sempena PRU ke-13 yang bakal menjelang ni, moleklah kiranya pihak2 yang melaungkan manifesto tu masukkan sekali pasal internet..malu wei malu...dah 2013 ni still kena bengang2 hentak kaki pasal internet apa kes..orang dah pakai google glass wei..kamon la...

Berbalik kepada tujuan asal, hari ke 4 kitorang gi Asakusa. yang femes kat sini ialah pasar dia yang dipanggil Nakamise Dori. kat hujung pasar tu ada Sensouji temple yang juga popular di kalangan tourists. Asakusa ni kiranya macam old Tokyo la, sebab dia masih kekalkan oldies vibe contohnya bangunan. Kalau nak beli cenderahati bawak balik kampung, moleklah beli kat sini. nak kata murah,tak murah sangat la..duit mesia tuka yen paham2 la ye..

Nakamise Dori ada macam2 la jugak..dari souvenirs, yukata, makanan..bla3..

 

Kitorang terjumpa pasangan baru kawin kat sini..sebuk2 cakap "omedetou!" kat derang gak..lambai2 kat derang mcm jumpa retis kat karpet merah. haha

 

Sensouji Temple. Harus pergi tempat ni kalau pergi Tokyo. Harus je la..tak wajib.. *gelak kat lawak sendiri*

Next up is..Odaiba! Odaiba ni ialah man made island yang popular untuk shopping dan berlibur (lama tak dengar orang sebut libur) One of my fav places in Tokyo! :D

Untuk ke sana, kami naik menatang ni ha..nama beliau hotaluna..dari asakusa jalan sikit ke jeti lepas tu beli tiket asakusa-odaiba. tip : make sure korang cek schedule bot ke odaiba sebab dia ikut jadual..sampai petang je tak silap.

The view was sooo beautiful! memang worth it beli tiket bot. korang boleh ke odaiba dengan train jugak tapi kalau nak lagi best try dua2.

Yang tinggi tu Skytree. And the building with that weird golden thing is actually Asahi bulding..ala Asahi yang buat beer tuh..tu laa tonggang je tapi tak tau namaa..so if you want your building to be famous, build it with weird structure like this one..

Dalam cruise ni kami jumpa makcik2 yang sangat sporting..walaupun derang x bape pandai english dan kami tak bape pandai japanese..tapi gelak2 mcm paham je semua benda. pastu aku cakap "Titanic! then derang buat betol2! haha so cute la makcik!

Odaiba! nampak bangunan pelik dengan bola bulat tu? tu ialah bangunan Fuji TV. macam2 depa ni..lepas ni boleh la kita buat bangunan bentuk satay ke pulak..

Aik macam mana aku tiba2 ada kat US plak ni? haha. masih di Odaiba tapi ni replica statue of liberty yang mcm kat Liberty island tu..

 

Yang paling eksaited pasal nak pegi Odaiba ni ialah sebab nak tengok Gundam! life size oo. siap ada persembahan. ni pun korang kena cek schedule dia. malam pun ada show gak. Yang ni kat depan Aquacity.

 

Last but not least, kitorang melawat Toyota Mega Web. Jalan depan sikit dari tempat Gundam. Basically tempat ni macam show room la tapi besar gila. siap ada tempat test drive. Sebelah mega web tu ada Venus Fort mall. tempat tu pun lawa gak tapi kamera aku dah abeh bateri..camwhore tak ingat T.T 

 

Last day kitorang sesat. boleh? hahaha. konon tau nak pegi imperial palace..sekali jalan punya la jauh. till next time!

Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn and Please Look After Mother by Kyung Sook Shin. First one is so freakin good i don't know how I'm gonna finish it since I hate that lonely feeling whenever we finish a good book. Second one is just so heartbreaking  therefore I stopped reading it for a while to mend the heartache. But it's great. Both books are great :)

Glee. I know the plot is so stupid sometimes but I still watch it because they cover songs. I know a lot of good songs because of Glee so yeah.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I honestly have no idea on what to do there besides shopping since my parents will be coming along and they LOVE shopping. yep i wrote that in capital.

Ah Tong Konlou Mee from Penampang. Basically soy noodles with fried fish and this thick creamy broth thats so.. :L and Cheese Nan from Kapitan Restaurant, Penang.

Apparently being single female at 25 is an alarming situation

It’s funny how people actually care about my love life more than me. Even my family, the ones that I thought had been cool and composed about the fact that I’m single for 25 years is lecturing me about finding “the one”. Well it’s not like I don’t give it a thought at all. Of course I want to have a relationship with someone, someday. But it’s not something that I prioritize at the moment. I want to travel to Europe,watch a live football match at least once, learn, read more books, see more movies, smell more flowers and understand life by myself. Of course one would argue that I’m already 25 and if I don’t start now, then when? Idk people. If only it’s as easy as picking out pomegranate at Giant. We’re talking about thousands of pomegranate here and I’ll be spending the rest of my life with the pomegranate that I have chosen. Sure, some of my friends are already married, have children and few are getting married, but that doesn’t mean that I have to jump at the next man I find attractive and propose to him,right? I have to know him well enough, his interests, hobbies, what he dislikes, blah3 and that takes commitment. A commitment that I don’t feel like giving right now. Maybe if I like someone enough, I’d naturally do that. Maybe.                                                               So yeah. Them freaking out about me not freaking out about the whole relationship/marriage thing is actually, freaking me out. Gah.

Tokyo Hari 3 – Shinjuku+ Harajuku + Shibuya + Parti membuat soba?

Pemalasss! *tampar diri sendiri*

Dah dekat setaun tak habes2 lagi update pasal tokyo nih =.=

Ok sambung. Hari ketiga kami bercadang nak gi 3 tempat yang semua dekat2 (tip entah kali ke berapa: make sure tempat korang gi tu kalau boleh within reach from one another. Macam Shinjuku, shibuya dengan harajuku ni memang satu laluan train je. Kalau nak jalan lagi boleh tambah ginza)

Memandangkan kami ada dengar pasal kostum pelik2 yang orang pakai kat harajuku (kalau boleh, pegi weekend sebab time tu baru budak2 sekolah ni keluar dengan kostum + mekap derang) maka kami pun dengan bangganya memakai kostum rasmi Malaysia. Ahaks. Tak tahan pakai kebaya kat tokyo. Silap tak pakai kain songket skali~

Shinjuku ni basically district yang banyak bangunan office, shopping complex dan segala jenis makhluk konkrit. 

Misi kami pada hari tersebut ialah nak cari kedai takoyaki (octopus balls) bernama Gindako, seperti yg diuar-uarkan oleh orang hostel. Cari punya cari, jumpa jugak akhirnya! Weee~ Gembira gila jumpa kedai takoyaki macam terjumpa air terjun pulak :P 

Sedap oh! Dia ada francise di tempat lain jugak so 3 kali kami makan takoyaki kat tokyo. Hihi.

Then terjumpa barang rare kat jepun! Durian! Wohoo tapi mahal nak mamp. Sebiji rm200 jahhhh..ko mampu??

Kawan aku beli pic gemuk2 kat sini then kami nak train pegi harajuku pulak.

Sesampai je Harajuku station, tiba2 hujan. Maka orang2 berkostum pun lari :( alaa...Dapat tangkap gambar minah ni je,tu pon curik2..

Ada nampak seorang mamat memakai kasut tinggi wedges 5 inchi tp tak sempat tangkap gmbr (plus aku tkut since muka dia mekap tebal mcm hantu,uhuh)

Keluar dari stesen Harajuku je terus nampak Takeshita Dori, the most famous street kat Harajuku! Time ni dah start hujan dan amazingly byk yg ada payung. difahamkan orang Jepun mmg keep track weather forecast,jadi kalau forecast nak hujan depa bawak payung siap2..

Seraya meredah hujan, aku terpempan, terpesona, terkaku, terkesima dan semua di atas tatkala melihat kedai yg jual jpop stuffs (fyi aku gila jpop) ntahpapa je kan dah tua2 pun nak minat ikemen =.= nak buat camne hati dan perasaan tak dapat ditipu. Eceh.

Nishikido Ryo is everywhere! my poor, fragile fangirl heart! terpaksa beli jugak beberapa souvenir...terpaksa.. :P

Kat sini jugak kami buat purikura! Woot terus gambar comey tahap gadis anime! Mata nak besar, pipi nak blushing..Patut la gadis jepun comey2 blaka..

Then jalan2 sekitar shopping district..kalau nak cari baju ala2 jepun yg murah boleh carik kat sini sebab target group dia students so memang affordable. Aku beli baju harga rm40+ kat sini. Paling murah la aku jumpa lepas tengok kat kedai di Ueno/Shinjuku. But be prepared..baju-baju dia ada yang agak pelik..in fact, er.."pelik" is an understatement..

Masuk2 satu kedai ni nama dia wooden doll..kyaa~! kedai ni sume assistant ikemen (pretty boys) hokey! Nak tnye bpe harga pun blushing..haha bengong..sempat snap satu gmbr salah sorang ikemen. Gatai :P

Then off to last destination, Shibuya. Tempat ni menjadi tmpt wajib pegi kalau kat Tokyo..Shibuya crossing ni kiranya mcm times square kat New York la.memang happening habis. Kitorang masuk gak Shibuya 109,shopping complex paling femes kat Tokyo tapi tengok je la..harga mahal nak mamp!

Hachiko statue.aku sebenarnya tak pernah tgk filem hachiko pasal anjing dengan tuan dia ni, jadi kurang sikit rasa sentimental. Kawan aku la gembira gila dapat jumpa patung ni.

Masa kat Shibuya ni dah start hujan lebat..makanya kami pun segera pulang. Sesampai kat Ueno station,tengok berita baru kami tau yang hujan tu sebenarnya tempias ribut..cuak seketika..

Then sampai Toco, tengok2 ramai gila orang tgh parti. Depa ni tiap2 malam parti. Haha. Tapi harini lagi meriah sebab derang buat homemade soba. Lenyek pakai kaki you~ Lepas tu potong2 dan rebus~

Kitorang sempat berkenalan dengan few foreigners kat sini. Sangat peramah. Memang ambience yang sangat2 best =)

Fireworks

I am currently sitting here alone,in my new home (yup moved out a week ago and loving the new crib!) looking over the balcony at the fireworks.people are cheering and singing auld lang syne happily,few blocks away..

I remembered the time when i was little,looking at the fireworks similar to this one.i was totally blown away.the fireworks looked so big and..majestic.i felt like it was coming towards me.there was no feeling like that feeling,that time.

Now..I am looking at them and feel..well i don't know..nothing?I guess it's the same concept of santa claus.when you grow older,you stop being so fascinated about these little things.

I kinda miss that feeling sometimes..

Over analyzing

Girls tend to do this a lot, yes?

Why do we need to do this? ..over analyzing stuffs? if he's into you, he'll tell it. if he's not, he's not.
Simple. yet complicated to us girls.
